Ken at this store is the best salesman I ever came across in the last 5 years. He is very friendly and is very keen to understand the need of each customer, suggest options/alternate solutions, explain each product in detail. I was amazed by his attitude and already have recommended this store to friends.

Great shop. Heaps of everything. The best thing is the customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. My son loves the catalogue full of robots and remote control cars. We reckon this is where Santa goes to get his supplies.

Dropped by to grab a part for my portable fridge. Heading away for the weekend and have the electronics skill level of a trained monkey, Ricky saved the day and the weekend. Credit to the business as his colleague was also helpful. Thanks guys!

Hi again, I believe even if you don't have technical knowledge Jaycar is well worth a visit as the sales team can certainly guide you in the right direction. Their 'Brassmonkey' portable fridge/cooler selection is very good. I purchased the 15lt unit with the battery compartment (but I didn't buy the battery) as it will be used full time in my Campervan as a freezer. I also purchased the extension lid ( you have to keep the icecream frozen). They were very obliging in answering my questions. Cheers guys.

I cannot recommend the staff at Jaycar Newcastle highly enough. I had problems with 3D printer purchased for Christmas. First and second time use no problems at all. Net time different filament used with disastrous results, I phoned asking for some advice, everything I told them seemed to add up, retried without success, phoned back Jaycar and I was told to bring it in when I had the chance and a Guru would check it over. That I did, tuened out that filament I was using was problematic. Ryan used a sample of the filament they use at Jaycar and...wow, problem solved. Great work, great team, great advice.

Best customer service, who ever hired Axel, pat yourself on the back! Axel you legend! I've been shopping at your store for years and cannot fault the expertise and knowledge of all things solar. Been instrumental while off grid building/ shed living on the Nymboida River. Fantastic.
